Python Job: Data and Machine Learning Engineer

DAIMLINC is a data and machine learning consulting firm based in Sydney. We have extensive experience in building secure, performant & scalable data, AI & ML solutions for large global enterprises. We help organizations make smart, data-driven decisions by translating their data into meaningful and actionable information.

We are AWS and Databricks partners and we are currently looking for Data & Machine Learning engineers based in Sydney, to join our team and start in January 2023. This role is offered on a flexible, full-time basis.

About the role:

As we continue to expand, we are looking for Data & Machine Learning engineers to join our team. At DAIMLINC, you’ll be working on various projects, across multiple industry sectors, to design and develop data and machine learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and deploy data and machine learning solutions that are secure, performant and scalable.
• Ability to manage end to end design and delivery of data and machine learning projects.
• Work as a part of a cross-functional team that provides data and machine learning solutions to our clients.
• Undertake research and development related to evaluation, design, development and deployment of data, machine learning products and solutions.

Your Skills:

• Ability to work with various data sources and data environments.
• 1-3 years of experience in developing data and machine learning solutions in the cloud (preferably AWS ).
• Experience with Databricks, Python, Spark, SQL, ETL, ELT, BI tools, software development, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD and automation.
• Experience in end to end project delivery (Agile or SDLC).
• Understanding of machine learning concepts.

Bonus/Nice to Have:

• Certifications: AWS / Databricks.
• Experience with DevOps.
• Knowledge on AWS analytics and machine learning services.

Remuneration:

AUD $ 70k to $80k (excl. Super), Permanent Full-Time

Location:

Sydney (Hybrid).
